For many years I have been helping my clients - from young professionals to CEOs – to create futures they are happy in by defining a clear vision of what it looks like and what is required to get there.

Luisa is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), by Academy of Executive Coaching and by Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
She has an engineering degree from PUC-Rio (Brazil) and a London Business School MBA, as well as experience in consulting and in-house work in some of the world's top organisations like PepsiCo, Costa Coffee and Shell.
Before working as a coach, Luisa started her career working with system implementations, including SAP and Cognos and an in-house system to measure all functions of a company according to the Malcolm Baldrige Award. Metrics come to her very naturally and she finds it particularly important to define the right metrics before starting measuring them.
After completing her MBA, Luisa worked as a marketing strategy consultant, supporting FT 500 companies to generate growth by creating new products, entering new markets, and creating new brand messages, among others. In 2010 Luisa became a Senior Strategy Manager at PepsiCo where she worked closely with the leadership team to produce the Innovation and Growth Plan for Latin America Beverages to the PepsiCo CEO.
For over two decades Luisa has been researching evidence-based studies in psychology, leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, motivation and habit change. She has worked in 3 continents, almost always with multinational teams. Her work as a coach combines her strong experience supporting senior leadership to achieve their growth goals as well as years long of training and helping clients to achieve their professional ambitions.
A Visiting Coach for the London Business School Alumni Career Centre, she works with clients that are driven, authentic and committed to continuous learning. Her pragmatic approach to coaching allows her to achieve transformational results in a short time, with sessions that are practical and relevant.
